Implementation Consultant, Instituto Suger Montano, Guatemala City, Guatemala, Sponsored by UNESCO – United Nations, June 22-24, 1999.  Trained over 75 schoolteachers.  Training included active learning and teaming.  Assisted President of the institute in the development of classroom layouts for new buildings.

Industrial Engineering Consultant, Amkor Technology Inc. (ATI), Chandler, Arizona. Designed and developed computerized planning systems for semiconductor packaging. Developed capacity planning tools for the estimation of plant capacities in the Philippines, Korea, and China. (1999 – present)
