Dr. Uster's research focuses on large-scale optimization models and efficient solution
algorithms for design of networked systems including
multi-commodity flow transportation and telecommunications networks,
production/distribution networks with inventory considerations,
closed-loop logistics networks,
resilient telecommunication networks, and
wireless sensor networks.
